Agreement
Product, language, participants, dates, price, tax and included materials are shown before binding acceptance. Custom scope and changes require written agreement. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking.
Payment
P01 and P05 are paid before access. P02, P03 and P06 are paid before delivery after proposal acceptance. P04 is paid 50% before commencement and 50% before final handover unless the proposal states otherwise. Invoices are payable within 14 days net, by card via the payment link or by bank transfer in the invoice currency (EUR, GBP or USD). Invoices in DKK, SEK or NOK are paid by card. Tax treatment appears on the order; expenses must be agreed.
Rescheduling and cancellation
A P01 seat may be transferred to an eligible colleague without charge until two working days before commencement. Cancellation at least 14 calendar days before commencement is refunded in full; later cancellation is not refunded, but a colleague may attend instead. Private sessions may be rescheduled once without a professional-fee charge with at least ten working days’ notice; agreed non-refundable expenses may remain payable. Cancellation of private engagements is charged for work completed and documented binding commitments, capped at the contract value. There is no hidden standard charge for undelivered work. If AIBI cancels, the client may choose a new date or a refund of the undelivered portion. Transfer is not compulsory.
Membership
Board Update runs for 12 months for one organisation and ten named users and renews automatically for further 12-month terms. The renewal invoice is sent 14 days before it is due, at the member's existing price. There is no lock-in: if the invoice is not paid by the end of the term, the membership is not renewed and access ends. Rejoining is at the price applicable at that time. Early termination: a running 12-month term cannot be terminated early for convenience and fees are not refunded pro rata. To stop the membership, simply do not pay the renewal invoice. Either party may terminate for material breach not remedied within 30 days of written notice. If AIBI terminates without cause or cannot deliver the agreed programme, the client receives a pro rata refund for the remaining term.
Materials and confidentiality
The client receives internal usage rights to purchased materials within the agreed scope. Public republication, resale and recording require agreement. Clients retain rights to their own documents. AIBI and assigned consultants handle confidential information under the agreed terms and applicable data-protection arrangements.
Responsibility and professional scope
Education and governance materials do not guarantee financial results, legal compliance or board decisions. Specific specialist services must be identified in the proposal. Liability provisions: AIBI’s total liability under an order or proposal is limited to the amount paid for that order or proposal. AIBI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, revenue, savings or data. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot be limited by law, including for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
