Boards
Chairs and directors who need to challenge management’s AI plan, approve investment and oversee accountability and risk.
AI education, strategy and governance for boards, executive teams and the C-suite
AI is changing how organisations in Europe create value. Boards, executive teams and senior leaders need to understand the opportunity, examine the assumptions behind the plan and decide how progress will be monitored.
AIBI is specialised in Europe. We give boards, executive teams and the C-suite of European organisations, and of international companies with a presence in Europe, a practical foundation for that work. We combine education, facilitated workshops and advisory programmes.
AI is a question for the board, the executive team and every senior function. We shape the programme around the role that has to make the decision.

We work with organisations across the UK and the EU, and with international companies that have entities or operations in Europe. Most of our consultants are based across Europe, in the UK and the EU. Engagements are delivered in Danish or English. The UK and the EU are not treated as one jurisdiction: the relevant country, the organisation's role and its specific uses of AI determine what needs further examination.

AIBI works with a network of hundreds of consultants, most of them based across the UK and the EU. We do not publish consultant profiles: once your organisation’s customer profile is approved, we present the consultants who fit your engagement.
